Apply for registration
required materials:
1. Business license (tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, all three certificates are required to provide a business license);
2. CCC application form;
3. Product specification/specifications;
4. Product pictures (used when necessary)
Institutional review
ZRLK test to review the content of the application documents submitted by the applicant
1. If the application documents and materials submitted by the applicant do not meet the requirements, notify the applicant to supplement or modify the application materials and resubmit the documents for review.
2. The documents submitted by the applicant are in compliance with the regulations, and the documents are reviewed and accepted by the certification body.
Sample inspection
1. After acceptance, the certification body will issue testing tasks to the laboratory;
2. The certification body issues a certification notice to the applicant, and the enterprise sends/posts the sample to the laboratory;
3. The laboratory accepts the testing task and receives the sample product;
4. The laboratory tests the samples, issues a type test report, and submits the report to the certification body;
5. After passing the test, the certification process enters the next link.
Materials to be provided during prototype testing: product manuals, specifications; circuit diagrams; nameplate labels; safety, EMC key components list; CCC/CQC certificate number of key components; description of model differences (at the time of series application); additional certificate application Book; factory questionnaire; factory production capacity guarantee statement can be sent to the issuing authority at this time.
