CCC certification materials are roughly divided into three parts, the first application materials, the second part is the sample testing materials, and the third is the factory audit materials.
It is divided into initial application and reapplication, as follows:
Documents to be provided in the initial application or related information change
Application for mandatory product certification;
Copy of the applicant's "Business License of Enterprise Legal Person" or registration certificate (provided at the time of the initial application or change);
Organization chart of the production plant (provided at the time of initial application or change);
Process flow chart for applying for certification products (provided at the time of initial application or change);
A list of key instruments and equipment for routine inspections (see the requirements for factory quality control testing of certification implementation rules) (provided at the time of initial application or change);
Product assembly drawing, gas schematic diagram;
Chinese nameplate and warning mark (in duplicate) of the product applying for certification;
Apply for the Chinese manual of the certified product;
Explanation of the differences between products of the same application yuan;
Appearance photos of each model in the same application unit (in duplicate);
Other relevant information required when required (please provide if there is a CB test report).

4. Apply for the Chinese manual of the certified product;
5. Explanation of differences between products of the same application unit;
6. Appearance photos of each model in the same application unit (in duplicate);
7. Other relevant information requested when needed (please provide if there is CB test report).

The following information should be provided when sending samples for product testing:
Sample Registration Form
CCC application details:
Product Manual;
Product specifications;
Product maintenance manual;
Product circuit diagram (including schematic diagram and printed circuit layout);
Explanation of the difference between the main delivery model product and the covered model product in the same application unit;.
A list of key components of the product related to safety and a list of main components that have an impact on electromagnetic compatibility performance;
Copy of product key safety element certification certificate;
Product CB test certificate and report (if any);
The product's trademark use authorization, the material is not the same according to the sample.
Audit materials:
iso documents, purchase orders, testing and certification, including the entire production process and product materials.
CCC certification factory inspection and other matters needing attention
Review content: factory quality assurance capability + product consistency check
1. Factory quality assurance capability review, according to CQC "factory quality assurance capability requirements" and "factory inspection record form".
2. Product consistency check, consistency check of the products certified by the application form, focusing on verifying the following:
(1) The identity (nameplate) of the certified product is consistent with that indicated in the type test report
(2) The consistency of the structure of the certified product and the type test product
(3) Consistency of important parts/components of certified products with "List of important parts/components" in the type test report
(4) Perform on-site inspections in accordance with the "Routine Inspection Items and Confirmation Inspection Items Table"
3. Initial factory inspection method; the initial factory inspection can be carried out separately or combined with the initial inspection or supervision inspection of CCC certification.
Time for initial factory inspection:
Generally, the initial factory inspection is conducted after the type test is passed. Type testing and factory inspection can be carried out at the same time as required. The factory inspection time is determined according to the number of units of the product to be certified, and the specific inspection time is given in the "Special Requirements for Product Certification Implementation Rules" of the corresponding product. The time of the auditors on the road is calculated according to half a working day every day, which is not within the number of people/days listed above.
