Its core purpose is to regulate the use of radio spectrum, avoid electromagnetic interference between equipment, and safeguard public communication order. After obtaining the certificate, enterprises must organize production in strict accordance with certification standards, and shall not unauthorizedly modify core configurations such as the equipment's spectrum parameters and transmitting power. Meanwhile, they need to accept regular supervision and inspection by radio regulatory authorities. If mass-produced products are found to be inconsistent with certified prototypes, they will face penalties such as certificate revocation, product removal from shelves and fines.
