Acceptance, review and decision procedures:

If the application materials are complete and conform to the legal form, or the applicant submits all the correction materials as required, it shall be accepted and the applicant shall be notified in writing. The Radio Management Bureau of the Ministry of Information Industry shall make a decision to approve or disapprove the application for model approval within 20 working days from the date of acceptance. If it is approved, the "Radio Transmitting Equipment Type Approval Certificate" shall be issued; if it is not approved, the applicant shall be notified in writing and the reasons shall be explained.
SRRC certification processing cycle:
1. For SRRC certification application, companies within or outside Guangdong Province apply for a certificate within 4-5 weeks;
2. Companies outside Guangdong Province who apply for SRRC need to conduct an initial administrative review in the local provincial non-commissioned committee (the time for the initial review is based on local requirements), and obtain the certificate within 5-6 weeks.
